Sex column round-up: birth control pills, doormat relationships, fertility concerns and being a surrogate mom (and more!)

In this week’s Velocity, you can find me discussing common birth control myths (well, mainly the one that you can’t get pregnant after being on the birth control pill) and also discussing a doormat of a relationship (at least for the side the guy seems to be on). Read the full column on Velocity’s web site.

In my In&Out column in Time Out Chicago this week, you can read about a woman whose boyfriend wants her to let her pubic hair grow and grow and grow. You can also read about a couple who have been trying to get pregnant for months and are curious about natural and nutritional aspects to fertility, as well as the potential effects of carrying a friend’s baby (i.e., serving as a surrogate mother for a friend and her family). All of that – and more – can be found on Time Out Chicago’s web site.

If you’ve not yet read the Debby Does Produce article in TOC, you should! (That’s what the strawberry photo, above, is from). Read it here.

Finally, in case it’s been a while since you’ve read the sex info I dish out via Men’s Health, go on over to their web site and read it! It’s full of Q&A related to orgasm, premature ejaculation, the best sex positions ever in the universe (well, sort of), the g spot, and MUCH more. (My colleagues like to make fun of the photo of me, above, from Men’s Health. I actually had a lot of fun at the shoot, though, with phenomenal photographer Jeff Sciortino who has shot Wilco, Britney Spears, David Schwimmer, and a gabillion athletes).
