According to this report from the Toronto Star, complaints have been lodged against a judge who, being ignorant about HIV/AIDS and how it is or is not spread, made an HIV-positive witness wear a mask while testifying in court. As if people living with HIV/AIDS don’t have to deal with enough stigma!
