The Problem With Rape Jokes

This post points out that (in addition to being tasteless) telling rape jokes creates an atmosphere of complicity with sexual violence. Even remaining silent while such jokes are told can imply agreement that rape is funny, or common, or should be. I find the argument convincing… do you?
