Rise in breast implants in the 40+ crowd?

According to this Newsweek article, there has been an increase in the proportion of women who get breast augmentation who are 40 and older. The article attributes at least part of this increase to women who, post-bariatric surgery, want to compensate for the weight that they lose in their breasts. I wonder how much of it also has to do with the increasing expectations of women in their 40s to look like a Desperate Housewife actress or a MILF or a mom from the O.C. What do you think?
