Mmmmmmmm…. have you ever had molten chocolate cake? I have. LOTS of times. It is rich, sweet, seductive and it oozes with sensuality. Outside it’s like a regular cake, but once you dig inside the chocolate just oozes out. My mouth is watering right now, just thinking about it. Even if you don’t get this for V-Day, I highly recommend making a molten chocolate cake at home (make sure to buy small, cheap ramekins from Crate & Barrel, Pier 1, Target or such if you don’t already have them at home, as that’s what you bake the cake in).
