Why Buy a Luxury Sex Toy?

Looking at the variety of high-end sex toys from distributors like Good Vibrations, Babeland, and MySecretLuxury, the price tags can be hard to swallow. You might think, “why spend over $100 on something that I can get for $15?”

Well, for starters, you can’t get it for $15. But let me take some time to convince you why luxury sex toys are worth a pretty penny.

Think all sex toys are safe? Think again! Many cheap toys are made from plastic, and often have seams where the pieces come together.

Take this $12 plastic vibrator, for example. The two pieces come apart in order to change the batteries, and you can easily see the plastic seam. These seams can not only cause uncomfortable pinching, but it makes it nearly impossible to fully sterilize your toy. This can foster the growth of bacteria and the transmission of STIs.

Product Quality:

Like most things in life, with sex toys, you get what you pay for. This is why sex toys are joining the ranks of shoes and bras on my list of things I’m willing to spend the big bucks on. Cheap toys are just that- cheap. They often fall apart, which ends up being a waste of money. Luxury sex toys often come with a warranty, meaning the company will replace your toy if it breaks.

As I mentioned earlier, many run-of-the-mill sex toys are made from inexpensive plastics. While these make for easy production, cold, hard, plastic isn’t the nicest thing to be bumping and grinding up against your naughty bits. There’s a reason that luxury toys are so luxurious- it’s because they feel good. Plastic just doesn’t quite do it.

Here’s yet another reason why luxury sex toys have such lofty prices- they actually have design. Many luxury toys are not only aesthetically pleasing, but are designed with the human body in mind. This kind of design takes a great deal of thought, trial, and error, but it certainly pays off in the end. Check out these toys, all with unique designs that create a highly pleasurable experience.

Well, if that hasn’t convinced you, I don’t know what will! And if it has, head on over to one of the awesome sites that I linked at the top of the post and check out what they have to offer.
