More On Cavemen And Sexuality

As Michaela recently reported here on MSP, CNN ran an article debunking the “gay caveman” reporting in the media, emphasizing the nuances of gender and sexuality in other (ancient or contemporary) cultures. I’d like to point interested readers to a further debunking of the idea that parallels to “caveman” culture can tell us anything useful about sexuality or other aspects of life. My favorite quote: “Don’t sit there at your computer wearing your pants enjoying your central heating and tell me that sexuality is the one specific area of human behavior where people are helpless against their genetics.”
